Completed the Training-of-Trainers (ToT) e-learning programme on the Digitalisation of Public Administration, delivered by Scuola Nazionale dell'Amministrazione (SNA), Italy in collaboration with the Ethiopian Civil Service University, across three progressive phases covering ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, digital identity, European regulatory frameworks, and complex-project management for the public sector.
Drawing on the SNA ToT curriculum and my software engineering & network-security background, I design and deliver training for public institutions, universities, and organizations on:
Risk-based frameworks, top threats, security-by-design, and minimum security measures for institutions.
AI foundations, LLMs, prompt engineering, and applying AI responsibly in public-administration processes.
Cloud service/deployment models, digitalization strategy, and enabling technologies for institutions moving online.
eIDAS-style digital identity, qualified trust services, and attribute certification concepts.
Practical orientation on NIS2, eIDAS2, the AI Act, Data Act, and CRA for teams operating internationally.
Organizing and running complex digital-transformation projects, and the role/competencies of the project manager.
